Out of the 90 homes sold or placed under contract in town this past year, these landmark transactions stood out as the "gold standard" for our community.

A significant highlight of the year was my continued partnership with the renowned Bartolini Builders. Their craftsmanship has redefined the luxury market in Southborough. However, my 2025 success spanned the entire spectrum of the market, from cutting-edge new construction to historic, one-of-a-kind estates.

  • 8 Lorenzo Drive, Southborough: Currently Under Contract (List Price: $2,600,000). A flagship new construction project that has captured the attention of the entire region.

  • 6 Lorenzo Drive, Southborough: Sold for $2,353,265. A record-breaking achievement in new construction.

  • 9 Leeds Way, Southborough: Sold for $1,950,000. While originally built by Bartolini Builders in 2019, this was a significant luxury resale. I was honored to represent both the seller and the buyer in this transaction.

  • 157 Parkerville Road, Southborough: Sold for $850,000 in July. This "storybook" ivy-covered c.1932 stone and clapboard cottage wasn't just a charming sale—it was the highest-priced antique home sale in Southborough for 2025.

While Southborough is home, 2025 also took me to Sturbridge for a historic event. I served as the listing agent for 220 Hemlock Path, an extraordinary lakefront estate known as the "Crown Jewel" of Big Alum Pond.

This wasn't just a sale; it was a record-breaking moment for the region:

  • Sale Price: $2,218,500.

  • The Record: This stands as the highest residential sale in the history of Sturbridge, MA.

  • The Impact: In a market where the average single-family sale is $571,676, this result highlights the power of targeted luxury marketing and global reach.
